General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Last updated: February 2026
§ 1 Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) of Bucovina Store GmbH (hereinafter “Seller”) apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter “Customer”) and the Seller relating to all goods and/or services presented in the Seller’s online shop. The inclusion of the Customer’s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected, unless otherwise agreed upon.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
(3) An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction (§ 14 BGB).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The product descriptions in the Seller’s online shop do not constitute binding offers by the Seller, but serve to enable the Customer to submit a binding offer.
(2) The Customer may submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the Seller’s online shop. After placing the selected goods and/or services in the virtual shopping cart and going through the ordering process, the Customer submits a legally binding contractual offer with regard to the goods and/or services contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. The Customer may also submit the offer to the Seller by email.
(3) The Seller may accept the Customer’s offer within five days by sending a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in text form (fax or email), by delivering the goods to the Customer, or by requesting payment after the order has been placed.
§ 3 Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person placing an order for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for detailed information.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the Seller’s product description, the prices quoted are total prices and include the statutory value added tax (VAT). Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be indicated separately in the respective product description.
(2) Payment can be made using the methods specified in the Seller’s online shop, including but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.
(3) If prepayment by bank transfer has been agreed upon, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed upon a later due date.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping Conditions
(1) Delivery of goods is made by shipping to the delivery address provided by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified in the order processing is decisive.
(2) We ship throughout the European Union. Free shipping applies to orders over €75. Standard delivery times within the EU are 3-7 business days.
(3) If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the Seller as a result.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.
§ 7 Warranty and Liability for Defects (Gewährleistung)
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for new goods is 24 months from delivery.
(2) We only sell original, authentic products from authorized distribution channels. All products are guaranteed to be genuine.
§ 8 Applicable Law
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) For consumers who do not conclude the contract for professional or commercial purposes, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
§ 9 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
