Which countries do you ship to?

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bucovinastore.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items in their original, unopened condition. Sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned items, refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
