14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original, unopened packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Important: For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened. This is in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at info@bucovinastore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will send you a return confirmation and return instructions.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
4. Ship the items back to us at the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the goods were delivered in error or are defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bucovinastore.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
