Packaging Act Notice (VerpackG)

Information pursuant to the German Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz – VerpackG)

As a company that places packaged goods on the German market, we comply with the obligations under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), which came into force on 1 January 2019.

Our Registration

We are registered with the Central Agency Packaging Register (Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister, ZSVR) under the LUCID registration number: [LUCID Registration Number]. You can verify our registration at https://lucid.verpackungsregister.org.

Participation in a Dual System

We participate in a dual system for the take-back and recycling of packaging in accordance with the VerpackG. This ensures that the packaging we place on the market is collected, sorted, and recycled through the established waste management infrastructure.

Disposal of Packaging

Please dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner. Packaging should be placed in the appropriate recycling bins (Yellow Bin/Yellow Bag for lightweight packaging, Blue Bin for paper/cardboard, Glass containers for glass). For specific disposal guidelines in your area, please consult your local waste management authority.
