Information pursuant to the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz – ElektroG)

Registration

As a distributor of electrical and electronic equipment, we are registered with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (EAR Foundation) under the WEEE registration number: [WEEE-Reg.-Nr.].

Disposal of Old Electrical Equipment

Owners of old electrical and electronic equipment are required by law to dispose of old devices separately from unsorted municipal waste. The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin on electrical and electronic equipment indicates that this equipment must not be disposed of with normal household waste.

Old equipment may contain harmful substances that can damage the environment and human health if not disposed of correctly. However, old equipment also contains valuable raw materials that can be recycled.

Return Options

You can return old electrical and electronic equipment free of charge at the following locations:

• Municipal collection points (Wertstoffhöfe)
• Retailers that sell electrical equipment (under certain conditions)
• Via postal return to us (please contact us at info@bucovinastore.com for a prepaid return label)

Please note: Before returning old equipment, please remove all batteries and rechargeable batteries that are not enclosed by the old equipment, and any lamps that can be removed from the old equipment without being destroyed.

Please ensure that all personal data on old electrical devices is deleted before returning them.
