Order Tracking

Stay updated on the status of your order! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email – After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  2. Visit the carrier’s website – Use the tracking number to check the real-time status of your delivery on the carrier’s website (DHL, DPD, or GLS).
  3. Log in to your account – If you have a BucovinaStore account, you can view your order status and tracking information directly in your account dashboard under “My Orders.”

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@bucovinastore.com with your order number.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
