Shipping Destinations

We ship to all European Union member states from our warehouse in Germany. Our logistics are EU-based, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across Europe.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over €75 within the EU.
For orders under €75, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Delivery Times

Germany: 1–3 business days
Austria, Netherlands, Belgium: 2–4 business days
France, Italy, Spain: 3–5 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website or via your account on our website.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes. All prices on our website include the applicable VAT.
