Packaging Notice pursuant to the German Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz – VerpackG)
In accordance with §15 of the German Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz – VerpackG), we are required to inform our customers about our participation in a licensed take-back system for packaging materials.
Registration with LUCID Packaging Register
Bucovina Online Shop S.R.L. is registered with the Central Agency Packaging Register (Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister – ZSVR) under the LUCID Packaging Register as required by law. Our products are packaged in materials that are collected and recycled through a certified dual system.
Participation in a Licensed System
We participate in a licensed dual system (Duales System) for the collection and recycling of sales packaging that reaches end consumers. This ensures that packaging placed on the German market is properly collected, sorted, and recycled in accordance with VerpackG requirements.
Packaging Materials Used
The packaging materials we use for shipping our products include: cardboard boxes, paper filling material, paper tape, and protective wrapping. We strive to minimise packaging waste and use recyclable materials wherever possible.
Consumer Information
As a consumer, you can dispose of packaging materials through the yellow bin (Gelbe Tonne / Gelber Sack) or other local recycling facilities provided by your municipality. Please refer to your local waste management guidelines for details.
